You must be very proud of your professional staff, but I have to extremely appreciate one of your receptionist Mr. Ngo Dang Duy, he is not only friendly but also enthusiastic. My husband got ill when he came back from Sapa. It is fortunate that Mr. Ngo Dang Duy helped him to see a doctor, and paid attention to him, like family. When we go back to Taiwan, we will let people know your wonderful service, and we are sure we and our company will stay in your hotel as long as we trip to Hanoi
